HOW IT WORKS
GENERAL
Rentals are based on quantity and availability on the day of your event. We are currently booking for 2023/2024 seasons. Contact us at info@prelude.events for all inquiries.
BOOKING
Fill out our form with the items you wish to inquire about and we will answer all of your questions + provide you with a quote. Our rentals require a 30% initial deposit and a signed rental agreement. Rental items can be picked up onsite in Prince Edward County, or they can be delivered. An extra travel fee will apply for deliveries. Our travel fees are calculated based on the distance of your venue from our warehouse. Our rental agreement outlines all policies in further detail.
Wanting to add additional items to your rental? Did you change your mind on an item you booked? No problem. Send us an email at least 30 days prior to your event with your desired options, and we will try to make the necessary changes to your booking. Our goal is to ensure you are happy with your selections, and we understand that you may require additional items to complete your vision.
